When you’re surrounded by one of Marco Island’s world-renowned beaches, you know that paradise has been found. Luckily, this paradise is located in this 10th floor beachfront condo in the Tradewinds. It sleeps four, with one king bed, one queen bed, and two bathrooms.

To begin your day, the unit-wide balcony features tables and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or tea with a view. This view consists of a breath-taking panorama of silken white sands, turquoise water, blue skies during the day, and brilliant orange skies during sunset. After you snap out of your trance, you’ll see a deluxe heated pool in the midst of palm trees. Before you know it, you’ll be heading downstairs to luxuriate in that pool and on Tigertail Beach.

As this is a beachfront condo, the interior takes its design cues from the beach. Sliding glass doors bring natural sunlight to brighten and enhance the sand white interior, while beach-inspired pictures, fabrics, and décor remind you that all the comforts of the beach are right below your feet. Comfy furniture facing the beach makes for the ideal place to take in the view or relax with a show on the mounted big screen television. To sum it up, the beach is your constant inspiration and backdrop as you entertain guests from practically anywhere.

The bright kitchen, with its barstool-lined granite countertops, comes equipped with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve everything from a family dinner on the glass table to a tropical treat on the balcony.

Feeling tired? Well, as you prepare to drift away, both bedrooms come with televisions and ample closet and drawer space. The master bedroom, in particular, features sliding door access to the balcony, so that you fall asleep to the serene oceanic sound.

The unit is filled with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, and towels. It also gives you beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short walk to the beach on the wooden boardwalk.

The Tradewinds surrounds you with amenities, including a triangular swimming pool lined with sun loungers and tables with umbrellas, where you can enjoy a poolside barbeque you cook up on one of the gas grills. There’s also a social room with daily activities, and you’re only a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, and Thai Sushi by KJ.
