The coastal décor and furnishings of the sand-tiled interior creates a tranquil seaside feel. Sea treasures like coral and starfish decorate rooms brightened by natural light.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware that you need to entertain guests on a dining room table with an ocean view. Of course, it also comes with a blender, so, if you like your evening island-style beverages with a backdrop of sky streaked with brilliant orange, bring your drinks out to the balcony for front row seats to a spectacular Marco Island sunset.

Along with their seaside theme, the bedrooms feature televisions and plenty of closet and drawer space. Also, they both have access to the balcony so that you can sleep to the cooling trades winds and sound of waves breaking on the shore.

The unit provides for your every comfort and convenience, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler for Shipp’s Landing own private beach (for the exclusive use of residents of Shipp’s Landing) or that short walk to the South Beach access point.

South Beach isn’t the only popular attraction near your unit. Another short walk takes you to Caxambas Boat Park, a beautiful public water access point with boat trailer and car parking that includes a four-acre park renowned for bird and dolphin watching.

Shipp’s Landing surrounds you with amenities. Take a refreshing swim in one of three heated pools with hot tubs in the midst of a palm oasis. Cook up a poolside barbeque. You’ve also got tennis courts, a fitness center, a fishing pier, docks and social room.
