The beach is nearby and amazing sunsets are right out on your balcony. This 5th floor, 1,100 square foot condo sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins and two bathrooms.
The balcony looks out over emerald green gardens fringed with palm trees. You’re facing west, so blend yourself a tropical beverage and prepare to be mesmerized by the brilliant orange sky as the sun dips below the horizon.
Island-style comfort is the theme of this unit. Natural light brightens the coral-hued interior filled with wood and wicker furnishings, and the tropical décor creates an easygoing coastal feeling.
The bright, summer kitchen features granite countertops and comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve family dinners, entertain guests, and create your favorite sunset-viewing beverages.
The bedrooms are decorated with a tropical flair, filled with eye-catching colorful fabrics along with ample drawer and closet space. Both bedrooms open up to the balcony, so you can fall asleep to fragrant ocean breezes.
This unit features comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.
You’re sure to get plenty of use from that beach gear since you’re only a brief walk away from the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.
The Sands of Marco community is renowned for its welcoming atmosphere and unrivaled amenities. Take a dip in the heated pool ringed by palm trees then use one of the gas grills to cook up a poolside barbeque. Play tennis or pickleball on one of two newly re-surfaced courts. Afterwards, luxuriate in the hot tub as the setting sun casts palm tree shadows on the garden.
There’s no better way to celebrate another perfect day in paradise than dinner at one of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi by KJ, all just a short walk from the unit.

Very nice condo across the street from the residents beach. Large patio with sunset views,comfortable furniture and fast wifi. The complex was mostly empty so never a crowd (or anyone most of the time) at the pool.

Charming little two bedroom condo with nice view of the ocean from across the street. The condo is well appointed with most of what you need. It is a little dated but that is to be expected in this area of Marco. It is centrally located and close to the public beach access point. The only complaint I had was that the internet was a little spotty. Also, be aware that because of Covid, renters cannot buy passes to the Resident's Beach which is across the street. The owner was very kind in addressing that issue with me. Also, the management company is fairly responsive to questions and issue.
