Natural light streams through the glass doors of the balcony brightening the room as you relax on comfy sand-colored furniture beneath a wood-paneled ceiling. Decorative touches like palm tree portraits and maritime sculptures enhance the feeling of oceanic tranquility.

In the cozy bedrooms, pure white walls and ocean-themed paintings and tropical décor serve as a constant reminder you’re living in paradise and just a short walk from the beach. Both bedrooms feature ample closet and drawer space and bedside windows that let you fall asleep to the sound of wind rustling the palm trees.

Whether you’re a world-class chef or an average cook, the bright kitchen comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner or blend a batch of tropical beverages to bring out to the balcony as the sun goes down.

You’ll spend a lot of time on that balcony, enjoying the fragrant garden breezes as you look out at the heated swimming pool ringed by palm trees. Believe it or not, this is only one of the two heated pools here at the Mariner.

This unit comes equipped with everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, even a washer and dryer. And since the beach is beckoning, you’ve also got beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

So put on your flip flops and take the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

A perfect day at the beach calls for an equally perfect dinner, and you’re just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza or Thai Sushi By KJ.
