Marco Island has a quiet, secluded side, and that’s where you’ll find the Estuary. This first floor, 1,000 square foot condo sleeps five, with one king bed, two twins and one sleeper sofa. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds. You’re in a peaceful setting in the midst of lush gardens, but a short drive brings you to Marco Island’s unrivalled beaches and shopping.

This unit is nestled away behind a stone embankment covered with purple bougainvillea. The tiled lanai, with table and chairs, overlooks the well-maintained garden. A cluster of palms outside the lanai wall gives you all the privacy you want as you enjoy your morning coffee.

The setting inside is every bit as peaceful, with cozy furnishings, floral fabrics and colorful island-themed artwork enhancing the coastal décor. The airy summer kitchen, lit up by natural light through the bamboo window shades, is filled with all the modern appliances you need to prepare everything from a sit-down family dinner to cocktails to bring out to the lanai as the sun goes down.

The window of the master suite gives you a garden view and fills the room with the fragrant night air. To keep you in perfect comfort, the unit comes with air conditioning and ceiling fans. It also gives you internet, cable with a big screen TV and a washer and dryer.

And speaking of perfect comfort, you’ll want to stop by the spacious patio and go for a swim in the heated pool. Then find yourself a recliner and relax with a good book or get to know some of your neighbors.

You also might want to pay a visit to the nearby Goodland Fishing Village, for live entertainment and fresh seafood at Stan’s, the oldest family owned restaurant on Marco Island.

Just a short drive brings you to the warm sands, turquoise waters and spectacular sunsets of Paradise Coast. This unit comes with everything you need for your days at the beach, including beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and plenty of beach towels. Another short drive takes you to the Everglades, where you can take a swamp buggy tour to explore the mangrove habitat of the elusive manatee.

The accommodations were clean and spacious with a nice heated pool. Parking was convenient and well lit.

Quiet complex with mostly full time residents. About a ten minute drive to beach. Pool had heater but was never on while we were there. (Jan. and Feb. 2016) pool was not taken care of very well not very clean. Condo was clean but furniture and fixtures were out of date. T.V.s worked fine but are small. Good property for the price. If you are going to stay on Marco Island for a month or two and plan to go to the beach. Buy a beach pass. The pass is $50 and can be purchased at tiger tail beach. Beach parking lots are $8 - $10 per day.

Our overall experience was very good.
The unit was clean and spaces.
Pool area at the unit was clean and quiet.
Needed a light fixture repaired and it was taken care of very quickly.
If you like a quiet out of the way location this is a perfect spot.
Approximately 4-5 miles from the beach and the "downtown core"
We rode our bikes to the beach area a number of times.
There are amenities close to the unit. Shopping, groceries restaurants etc...
We spent a number of days and nights in Goodland.. approximately 1-1/2 miles east of this unit.
Great area. Food, refreshments, live music.

We had a great time on Marco Island. Our rental unit needs some upgrades such as upgraded televisions, more comfortable living room furniture. The 2 lanais need cleaning and screen repairs. The kitchen needs more utensils and serving bowls. Overall it was a great vacation.

Quiet location, close to everything on the island, our stay was very enjoyable, however couldn't use the pool at the association as the water remained green and unsuitable for swimming during our stay. Luckily the ocean in all its beauty made up for no swimming.

Marco Island has beautiful beaches and shops within 10 minutes drive of Estuary II. Condo issues related to maintaining a consistantly heated pool detracted from the overall stay.

We love Andrew. We were close to the Everglades where we wspent most of our time and very convenient to everything (but it really doesn't matter where you are on the island, it's paradise). Thanks again for a lovely stay.
