Great spot for us. Nice neighborhood. Enjoyed watching the Osprey over the Sanctuary but on saw the eagles three times. Clean and everything needed for a good stay. Enjoyed the pool and closeness to restaurants etc.

This property was immaculate and beautiful. The pool and spa was great! Located in a wonderful neighborhood.
It is not easy to get onto the beaches, however. Very few options, and the parking lots fill up.
If you do not care about the beaches, this house is very nice!!

We had a great stay at 585 Somerset Ct. The house was very clean and everything worked fine. The location is good on Marco Island.
The minor issue we had while staying there was handled quickly and it was fixed.
We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Quiet location. A bit small but fit our needs well. Two improvements to consider. The lock on the back sliding door is in very poor shape. Took me considerable time to lock it securely each time. Also the spa seemed to have a mind of its own. Despite turning it off to save energy it would go back on at weird times. Overall it was a very nice experience

What a great multi-week stay! The artwork was unique and the attention to the décor made this a home away from home. The house was well supplied with sheets, towels, including beach/pool towels, and everything a chef needs to cook for large groups. The bikes were in great condition and ready to go for the short ride to Tigertail beach, or to Mackle Park for a longer ride. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and a wonderful collapsible beach cart that was easy to pull on the sand. The owners even had a local guide book making restaurant selection a breeze. We enjoyed Joey's pizza and Kretch's seafood (they even cooked our fresh catch from a fishing outing). The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly to our rambunctious 6 year old. The lanai and pool area were very spacious, great for a nap or moving everyone outside. The home was very well kept and maintained by some nice and friendly service crews. We enjoyed the stay and only hope it is available for our next visit.

From beginning to end, it was a great vacation. Modified somewhat due to the pandemic, but the house and the location provided all that we needed. Everything we needed was at the house...thank you for thinking of all the little things! The pool was perfect, as was the hot tub. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation house or a better location. Just perfect. Thank you!

My sister and I stayed here, mask free to escape the madness of the world for 6 days. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere inside and outside. We also appreciated the location - walking distance to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants.

The house is very nice and close to Tigertail beach. We enjoy the pool and the beach. The property manager is professional and very responsive. I highly recommend this house.

We needed to have a month long lease, so members of my family came and went throughout the month. The rental was very comfortable with excellent beds and plenty of towels and sheets. The pool and pool were fabulous. It was advertised as being 'close to the beach', and it is, but it is a pretty good hike. At least a 30 minute walk to the actual gulf. The owners provided a wagon, but it required 3 of us to pull/push on the Tigertail beach.

Our stay here was wonderful. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool area is absolutely perfect. The kids and I really enjoyed it. Everything on Marco Island is only a few minutes drive from the house but yet it's tucked away in a quiet area. The management is helpful and friendly. They quickly answered any questions I had. We will definitely be back.

My husband & I recently escaped the winter cold & snow for 2 relaxing weeks in Marco. We have visited the island previously & always enjoy our getaway there. Lovely community with lots of wonderful restaurants & great food. And close to Naples to visit or shop, but without all the traffic and bumper to bumper traffic there. We have rented condos on the beach on past trips but decided to rent a house this year. Was very impressed & quite pleased with our decision. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed on site. The house is located on a quiet street. We walked several days over to Tiger tale beach which was about a pleasant 13 min walk from the property. After returning back to the house it was so wonderful to spend the afternoon with our own private pool & hot tub. Being next to the eagle sanctuary, the back yard was quite secluded & very quiet & peaceful. It was very nice to not have to share this space with other guests as you would in a condo environment. We even used the grill a few nights and enjoyed eating on the screened patio area. Visited farmers market on Wednesdays for a fun morning & wonderful fruit & goodies. A definite must to visit. We plan to visit Marco again and would most definitely consider renting this same property.

We've rented many houses over the years, and this is the first where EVERYTHING was right. The location was convenient to restaurants and stores. The home size was good for our family of 5. The screened-in pool was the perfect size, scenic and quiet. But the Property Management company deserves a lot of credit here. The house was spotless and felt new. The screened-in pool worked perfectly. The kitchen was supplied with everything you could need. And they provided regular communication via email and an app about everything from payment to check-in to trash removal to check-out. Thanks for helping us to enjoy a great 2 weeks in Marco!

Brought my husband to Marco Ito celebrate birthday and to do some relaxing on the island. We stayed at a beautiful home equipped with everything you need. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool during the day and the hot tub at night.

My stay was fabulous! The house was great and was in immaculate shape. The check-in and check-out process was easy. We are thinking of renting here again. I must give Andrew in the office a special shoutout. He was great to work with and had great customer service skills. I had to stay and extra day due to weather and he had everything organized for me, even working offshift. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

We enjoyed this home very much - it is definitely now our go-to favorite for visits to the island.

The space is sunny and open, and the home was very clean and well decorated. The pool is perhaps the highlight for me; it is large and comfortably heated. Great lanai, with seating for eating or lounging. The backyard feels very secluded and private, which we liked.

The location is perfect for getting to the beach, but it is also very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check the back of the binder in the house for restaurant recommendations.

The only complaint I have is the very high cleaning charge given that we didn't even use half of the house and cleaned as if it were ours before we left. But, it was clearly stated upfront, for sure.

Nevertheless, we won't be looking elsewhere for our next stay.

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the pool is amazing, and the home is comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that there was no dish soap for us to use, or any basic condiments like salt and pepper. In addition, the check out instructions request that we start a load of linens in the washer, but no detergent was in the house for use to do so.

This was by far the best vacation my family‘s had in a long time. The house was great, clean spacious and had everything we needed. Getting In contact with property management was a breeze, they would answer all of our questions very quickly and addressed any issues we had. The pool was extremely relaxing and it was the best part of the vacation. The house is quipped with all the needs of a small family. Seeing the Bald Eagles in the back of house during our stay was the cherry on top of an awesome week! We would definitely stay here again.
