This house is not only a short walk from one of the Island’s favorite family parks, but the yard is so spacious it’s like having your own private park right out back. The house is 1,800 square feet and it sleeps six, with two king beds, one queen and two bathrooms.

This unique getaway is tucked away in the midst of lush tropical greenery where your closest neighbors are the palm trees. The yard is enclosed by thick clusters of trees, giving your family total privacy. Since you’re facing southwest, you’ve got a full day of tropical sun shining down on the yard.

The shaded lanai table is the ideal setting for a lunchtime barbeque you cook up on the gas grill. And when the sun starts to set, it’s time to blend some tropical beverages and savor the brilliant orange sky as you luxuriate in the hot tub and resort-style pool.

The travertine tiled interior is bright, colorful and filled with furniture as comfortable as it is stylish. Decorative touches like a wooden turtle sculpture enhance the feeling of Island-style tranquility. And talk about dinner with a view. The dining room table, which seats eight, sits beside a full wall of sliding glass doors for a backdrop of the stunning patio and jaw-dropping pool.

The spacious summer kitchen features recessed lighting above a glass breakfast table with unique chairs. You’ve got all the modern appliances and cookware you need to cook up a special family dinner or entertain guests on the lanai.

In the ornate master suite, a four-poster cherry wood bed faces a flat screen television in a recessed niche. Sliding glass doors open up to the lanai, so you can fall asleep to fragrant garden breezes. The other bedrooms are equally cozy, and they come with a television and ample closet and drawer space.

The house is filled comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got bicycles to explore the Island and beach essentials like an umbrella, beach chairs, and a cooler, which will come in handy because the majestic beaches of the Paradise Coast are just a short drive away.

A short walk brings you to Leigh Plummer Park, which is filled with shaded picnic tables and plenty of scenic walking trails.
