Hard to find a place with very good quality mattresses. This place has the best we’ve ever had. Outstanding service, when we had issues someone was at outlet place within the hour!

We really enjoyed how quiet it was and where the house is located, since the beach is very easy accessable with the bikes and the kayaks provided. The house is elegant, comfortable and very well equipped.
The whirlpool and pool are amazing.
We felt right at home since the very beginning!

We loved to location. Close distance to the store and beach. The house was very neat and clean. Plenty of bath, beach towels and spa towels. I was very pleased with the kitchen having plenty of plastic cups and glassware. There was plates for 8. They had a regular coffee pot and Keurig. Master bedroom was very spacious in the bathroom. The master bedroom closet we used as the babies room. It was so big had a vent and window. The pool and the hot tub and the outside was just wonderful. They give you the pool control to adjust the temperature and the garage door opener was nice to have also just to be able to pull in the garage. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond back. They only had two working beach chairs. Beach umbrella needs replaced. The wagon was great to load the cooler on and towels and snacks. There were 4 bikes and easy to pedal. The paddle boards were fun and kayaks. There were only two large life jackets. I would recommend to have four adult ones. We caught Snapper fish down by the bridge off the kayaks. Nice grill and outdoor shower.

The pool and lanai were the saving graces for this rental home. The home needs a refresh and to be stocked for rentals. We had several rooms that were down to their last ligh bulb, yes as in singular. We couldn’t even steal them from the lamps - someone already had. The house needs a deep cleaning as well, there were dirt spots on the pocket door in eve master bathroom, stains on the walls in the laundry room, and dirt/dust on most surfaces. The most comical thing of the stay was the fact that you required us to start a load of laundry before departure but you didn’t even have a single laundry pod on hand for us. The limited amount of toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies also seems very tacky. We average 2-3 home rentals a year and have never experienced this lack of “hospitality”. The final straw that was broken was the fact we were not made aware the home was listed for sale and Marco Island Vacation Properties actually emailed and called us to ask to have the house shown while we were renting it. Unbelievable.

Our stay at this property in Marco Island could not have been better. The layout of the home was perfect to give the couples the space they needed while still being together. The pool was the perfect size for an afternoon swim and the deck in the canal was a great fishing spot. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards and were able to explore all the different and unique homes along the canals. The property was easy to get to and convenient for the beach, grocery, and restaurants. The side yard was well kept and home to several different fruit trees. This property would be one we definitely would come back to!

House was beautiful and in a Great location and the rental agency was so responsive and wonderful (even through the Thanksgiving Holiday). A relaxing stress free experience.

We loved the house. We used the pool and hot tub a lot. We also kayaked and paddle boarded several times. The bikes were probably the best! Saved us from renting any. The house was big and fit our party well! Highly recommend this property!

However, winds brought in a lot of trash into the canal which made fishing difficult and we didn’t want to use the kayaks and paddle boards any longer. House could come with some amenities (trash bags, laundry detergent, soap, etc) to get you started, not just toilet paper and a roll of paper towels.

Our family spent a week at this property and it has it all. With the back of the property facing east over the canal allows for wonderful evenings in the pool and relaxing. Just a short drive to the beach or JW.

We expanded our normal 2 weeks in Marco to a full month during May and June. We had a great time. Most restaurants were open (w/limited capacity). This home is in a great location just a few blocks from the beach. The kids used the bikes almost daily to go to the beach, or nearby shops. It was great for them to have a little freedom to explore. The kayaks and paddleboards also saw their fair share of use. The only downsides were the A/C struggled to keep up in the early evenings, and the blinds in the main living area were loose and hanging down. The management company was great and sent someone to take a look at the A/C promptly. Overall a great experience here, and would stay at this home again.

We’ve rented several homes from MIVP and this was one of the best. The location is excellent, the house layout functions well for a larger group and the extra amenities on the property are fantastic. We enjoyed the dock, kayaks, paddle boards, spa and pool. The pool is a tad narrow, but it’s great for kids and has a nice lounging ledge for adults who want to just chill. The patio is large and has lots of seating. The beds in the home are very comfortable and the home has brand new mattresses and linens. The home is an older home, but has been very well maintained and the new decorating makes it feel fresh. I would recommend replacing or deep cleaning the carpeting in the main living areas. It is prob fam and could use some love, but it’s not a deal breaker. All in all, we loved this home and will be booking the same week next year!

The house we rented was awesome! We have rented many different places and this house was one of the best! The owners provided everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied, we had beach chairs, beach towels enough towels for everyone. They provided bikes, kayaks, and paddle boards. The house was clean and beautiful! Definitely was a great experience and we will rent it again.

This is an extraordinary property, newly renovated in a very thoughtful way for one’s every comfort. The furnishings inside and out are so comfortable. All beds have devices for raising and lowering the mattresses. The closets are large and well designed. All of the linens are brand new, some still in their wrappings. The huge kitchen is, well, gorgeous and a cook’s dream. The crockery and pots and pans and silverware, really everything was thought of for your enjoyment. The garage has brand new bicycles with new helmets for your use. The hot tub is a wonder. The dock is designed for use with kayaks and they are provided. At the end of a canal, the home is quiet and has privacy. My husband and I loved our stay here.

We were just the second group to rent this home. It is lovely, well-appointed. Terrific heated pool and hot/tub on screened porch. Had some trouble figuring out controls, would have appreciated instruction booklet with the remote. It was unusually cool weather during our visit, pool heater had trouble getting water warm enough but eventually we figured it out and loved both pool and hot tub! There are 4 bedrooms. Master bedroom has large TV, bed that you can independently raise/lower head/feet on each side, an unexpected perk. En suite bathroom w/walk in shower, huge walkin closet (that would benefit greatly by addition of hangers!) Living room has 2 reclining chairs, sofa, lg TV. Contiguous with dining area, kitchen, attached laundry. There is one bedroom off living room with double bed but unfortunately has glass doors which give occupants NO privacy. I would strongly suggest the owners add some drapes. The hurricane shutters got stuck shut on the outside window of that room but we didn't use that room anyway. There were 2 more bedrooms. Streetside room-2 twins, no TV. Canal side room-TV and double bed, but sound of pool motor which went on automatically at 7:30 AM daily was annoying to the person sleeping there. Second small bath w/shower on that side of house. Plenty of towels. Despite little glitches, overall the house is FABULOUS. There are 4 upright bikes we loved, an easy mile ride to beach,+ beach chairs, umbrella. We did not use the paddleboards or kayaks but would have had we stayed longer. The back porch is NE exposure, so no sun in afternoon, but still wonderful with outdoor dining table as well as cushioned porch furniture. A few deck chairs to put on dock would have been welcome addition. Kitchen, dishes, appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer,dryer, etc. all brand new. Missing a few basics that we purchased and left in house like salt, pepper, sugar. Overall a wonderful experience. oh,and tiny ants,but I expect everyone has them.Wrap your food.
