When you are able to find a getaway that’s fun for the entire family, you’ll truly understand why this 2,000 square foot inland house is called "Good Vibes." It sleeps eight, with three king beds, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

Prepare to be mesmerized when you step out onto the lanai and are greeted by the private sandy oasis in front of you. The experience is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or relaxing in the sun on the loungers, where the only thing surrounding you is the beautiful tropical plants and your own backyard beach.

Is it time to eat yet? Well, with the provided outdoor kitchen, a poolside barbeque for the entire family would be the perfect meal. And there’s no better way to wind down a day in the tropics than enjoying a show on the wall-mounted big screen outdoor television.

The interior is every bit as jaw-dropping. Sun floods and brightens spacious rooms of sand-colored tile. Sliding glass doors give you a constant backdrop of the tropical garden surrounding your private oasis. Comfy and stylish furnishings and oceanic sculptures, paintings, and décor mix perfectly together to produce a serene seaside feel. As this is a family-friendly house, it comes with its own game room. Feel free to have a friendly competition of Connect4, Scrabble, or PAC-MAN. But, don’t worry, everyone’s a winner when you’re living in paradise.

The tropically modern kitchen features granite countertops with barstools and comes fully stocked with all of the modern appliances and cookware that you need to serve a family dinner or entertain guests on the lanai. As with all Marco Island homes, the kitchen is also equipped with a blender, so that you can end your day with a tropical drink in your hand while watching the setting sun paint the sky a breath-taking orange.

Every bedroom, along with their ample of closet and drawer space, is furnished and decorated with all the colors and comforts of paradise. The master suite, in particular, features a television, en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a bathtub, and walk-in glass shower, and direct lanai access so that you can fall asleep to the gentle tropical breezes.

This house is filled with amenities, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, a washer and dryer, and cornhole. It also comes with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

A short walk takes you to the racquet club, library, museum, and Mackle Park, a family favorite filled with basketball courts, volleyball, shuffleboard, a waterpark, and an enormous jungle gym in a pirate ship-themed playground.

We spent the month of January here and in the main we found the property adequate for our needs. First time we rented a house not on a canal and we missed the openness of these properties.
House is in a good location near Mackle Park and close to supermarket and shops and short drive to beach

We enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental. The game room and pool area was a plus for our kids. The living room chairs were alittle uncomfortable to sit and watch tv together in evenings but loved the decorating! We had an issue with the sliding patio door and the maintenance team was very diligent in fixing it. We rented bikes and rode to the beach on several occasions. About a 8 minute ride.

Our family of 4 (2 college age sons) absolutely loved this house. It seemed to have everything we needed and the quality of all the furnishings was amazing. The pool and patio area was a lot of fun and we really liked watching games on the outdoor TV while we swam. The house was incredibly well stocked. Some of the items that stood out were the really nice beach towels, the quality of the cookware in the kitchen, the collapsible beach wagon, and the beach chairs and umbrella. We had a good experience with all of the restaurants we tried on the island. Some of our favorites were Sami's (went twice), Pinchers, Snook Inn, Red Rooster, Stonewalls, and Joey's Pizza & Pasta House. This is a house that we would definitely stay at again.

What a beautiful home! From the street to the beautifully decorated and homey interior, to the awesome pool area, game room and guest rooms. This place is amazing. They seem to have thought of everything...plus the cute little touches like the gift basket, sunglasses and koozies. The kitchen is well equipped to handle any size crowd. Beds were super comfortable. Definitely look forward to visiting again!

Great girls getaway. Super cute, clean and well appointed house with 3 spacious bedrooms and comfy king beds. Beautiful pool at the perfect temp. Lovely park a block away and walked to the ocean in about 15 minutes. Fun place and would be a great couples getaway as well. Lots of fun bars and restaurants nearby.

Located away from busier areas, it gave us an opportunity to experience life as it would be if we lived in Marco Island. It is not a house to rent if you’re looking to party and be wild (actually, Marco Island is not the right place for you if you want that kind of vacation!) but this house is perfect if you want to relax with all the comforts of an amazing home. We will definitely stay at this home again.
