This street is so quiet and peaceful that the loudest sound is the ice cubes clinking in your glass as you relax outside by the waterside. This 2022 Nova Homes' Ibis Model 2,500 square foot house sleeps eight, with three king beds, a sleeper sofa, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

As you step through the door, you’re greeted by the striking view of the lanai. Out there, splash around in the heated pool or bask in the hot tub. Lunch will never be a worry, since the outdoor grill is always available for a poolside barbeque. As the sun sets, it's the perfect place to relax as the brilliant orange sky surrounds you. If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a more perfect location, as the dock gives you indirect access to the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Once inside, you’ll realize that the interior features paradisal and luxurious styles. Boat-deck tile floors, white recessed ceilings, and stylish furnishings are brightened by the natural light coming through the towering windows. The huge sectional couch provides you with the ideal place to enjoy shows on the television in the living room. To top it all off, the interior opens up to the lanai, so you’ll be able to enjoy both the interior and exterior at the same time.

The massive kitchen features granite countertops and comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve dinner or a seaside snack on the lanai. Since you’re in the tropics, there’s even a home bar for you to make and enjoy tropical beverages.

When it’s time to drift away, every bedroom comes with plenty of closet and drawer space and televisions. The master bedroom, in particular, features an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, a walk-in shower, and relaxing bathtub, as well as direct lanai access so that you can fall asleep to the gentle seaside breezes.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You also have beach essentials like an beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella for that short drive to the silken sands and turquoise water of the Paradise Coast.

The house is located near Mackle Park, where your kids can spend hours of fun in the playground, basketball court, or waterpark. There’s also a scenic trail around a pond. Of course, the kids, and you, came to Marco Island for the beaches. Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, spectacular sunsets, and endless watersports. Take a parasailing cruise for a bird’s eye view of the ocean. Try your hand at stand-up paddling. Go on a jet ski or water buggy tour of the Everglades.

If shopping’s on your things to enjoy list, head to Marco Walk Plaza, an open-air shopper’s paradise filled with small boutiques, spas, and an array of fine restaurants.

House is beautiful. I appreciated the quick response from the Marco Island Vacation Properties and the owner when I had a few questions. Mater suite is comfortable, large and beautiful and the bathroom is wonderful. The other two bedrooms are on the smaller size. One of these bedrooms only has a closet and no other storage but a nightstand. The start up amenities are very limited so be prepared to purchase dish and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. This wasn't a surprise since the property description indicated the limited supplies offered; however, the check out instructions ask you only leave the last day's linens unwashed so you are expected to do some laundry. This is more on the property management company than on the owner. There are only three beach chairs and two soccer chairs available. It was nice to have a Sun Ninja and beach wagon. We got the impression the owner didn't want you to park in the garage because the ping pong table is in the garage and the garage floor is painted. Not an issue in January, but in the summer months your car is going to get very hot. Glad we had the spa because the weather was too cold for the pool.

The house was beautiful, great location and very clean, but it was not a house we would rent again. The master suite was way oversized while the other two bedrooms were very small. The grill shown on the covered patio is not available for use - you had to go outside of the screened area to use a grill so the convenience of that grill adjacent to the pool and table area was not there. The patio Wi-Fi / internet would cut in and out, so we spent time being told to reset the router.....the TV is internet based streaming and not a traditional cable TV as advertised, so when that didn't work on the Saturday of football games we had to wait until Monday to get the property manager to come out because that was not an important enough issue to them to deal with in their non-business hours. We were there during cooler a time of cooler temperatures, which is why we wanted a heated pool - well this one is heated BUT you could only heat the pool or the hot tub not both at the same time. Also there was not thermal cover for the pool so the pool temp dropped way down at night when the heater turned off and it took ALL DAY to heat back up - so that is not a great system when you advertise for a heated pool. There was no getting up in the morning to enjoy the hot tub or the pool. So between the inconsistent internet / Wi-Fi and the low temp hot tub and pool it limited our use of that beautiful outdoor space. We had our kids and grandkids with us which is why I selected a house like this for its amenities. This is just not a house I would rent again for these reasons.

Thank you very much for your valuable feedback, Kelly. To clarify the situation, you reached out to our office shortly after checking in on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Our team quickly responded and assisted you with operating the YouTube TV App. However, we didn't receive any further communication from you until the following Saturday, January 20, 2024, after our regular business hours were over. You mentioned that you had been experiencing issues with the internet throughout the week, but you waited till after hours on Saturday to report the problem. Our answering service informed you that internet and cable issues were not considered after-hour emergencies and they couldn't dispatch any personnel to assist you at that time. Nevertheless, our answering service and the property owner contacted Xfinity Support to help you. Xfinity Support confirmed that there were no issues with the service, and this information was relayed back to you. However, you then changed your story and informed us that you were having trouble connecting the lanai television to the internet. Our answering service and property owner tried to provide you with some basic troubleshooting techniques but to no avail. Consequently, our personnel was sent on Monday morning to assess the situation. They reset the modem, router, extenders and lanai television, and the issue was resolved. Unfortunately, you experienced unseasonably cold weather during your stay, which was beyond anyone's control. It's important to note that the property you rented is a single-family home, not a commercial property. Therefore, the residential equipment such as the pool pump, filter, and heater is set to run from 8 am until 8 pm daily, and not 24/7. Additionally, the pool heat temperature is set to 85 degrees. If you use the hot tub during the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, it may reduce the time available for heating the pool. Therefore, we suggested using the hot tub before or after those times. Thank you!

This house was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Marco. The only complaint we had was that the master bathroom has no blinds or shades on the windows. We just found something to cover the windows with, so it wasn't a huge problem.
We loved the outdoor area and spent 95% of our time by the pool.

The house was perfect. It had all the amenities we were looking advertised. Location was ideal, we were less than 2 miles from the beach. We went nearly everyday and found a great place to park a block away and never had to pay for parking.
