It was fine. All went smoothly.

Pool not in the sun so not too warm.

Wonderful home. Very well decorated, well equipped kitchen and lovely lanai. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. Close to beaches, restaurant, grocery store and shopping.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay and vacation.
The Marco Island rental company was very professional and easy to work with.
When we arrived the pool was cold and so I called the next day to have someone come take a look and make sure the pool heater was working properly. They sent someone out to take a look and turn the heater up. Within 12 hours the pool was heated to a perfect temperature. We also noticed 2 out of the 3 bikes that came with the house had flat front tires. I also called regarding that and within an hour, the Marco island rental company came to pick up the bikes for repair and they had them back to us by the next morning.
The excellent and prompt customer service was certainly appreciated.
One thing I would suggest for future renters, would be to install high child proof locks on both sliding glass doors that go out to the pool. We have 3 little kids (Age 2,5, 7) and we were worried the whole time that they could access the pool without knowing how to swim.
I definitely think this would be a good move on the rental company to avoid any serious hazards or liabilities, especially when renting to families with young children.
Overall, great location. About 1 mile to beach and super close to Mackle park - which was really nice.
One key tip would be to get to the beach early for parking. We found we had trouble with parking when we werent at the beach by 10 am.
All in all, I loved this house, Marco Island, and our vacation. Would definitely rent again!!

The house felt like nearly new construction and was very clean. The heated pool was a delight. We grilled out every night. The folks at Marco Island Vacation Rentals were over the top helpful. The island itself was a perfect getaway, supported by our relaxing stay at Galleon.

This is a lovely home in a great location on the island. The house is well equipped and has comfortable seating and dining areas. The pool is clean and warm! It is well stocked with kitchen items and beach gear. We have already booked it for 2021. As always, management team is fantastic.

Newer house, with very nice pool and everything was as the pictures showed and as I expected, would definitely recommend.

What we loved about this property was the privacy in the pool area. It was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very accommodating to us. Convenient location, nice to be able to walk and bikes included. Would definitely book again .

We loved this house and can’t wait to return! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, modern with all the amenities. Loved the secluded pool. Management was impressively responsive and answered any questions and needs almost immediately. Safe quiet neighborhood off the grid, away from the busy areas. Super easy to navigate from the airport. The whole experience was flawless.

House was clean, roomy, private and location was great. Pool was a good size and plenty of space to lounge outside. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Amazing experience for our first time!

This is a very nice home, very close to beaches and shopping for necessary items for your stay. I will definitely look at this property again.

Place was beautiful , clean, and had everything we needed

Fed up with a long MI winter my best friend from high school and I decided to leave our husbands home for a week and visit Marco Island. Immediately we fell in love with the area, rental home and people. This home was just as pictured and very nice. Would love to go back. Only two things that would have made our stay better was the house needed to be stocked better with paper products and to pool was a little chilly especially because it’s half shade. But overall we couldn’t complain. A trip to the dollar store and stocked up on dish soap , paper products and salt and pepper the house is now stocked for the next guest . The location of this house was just perfect for biking and walking. Every morning at 9:00 we found a softball game to watch and then enjoyed the walking trail across the street Even the beach and restaurants were not too far away. Beautiful area and perfect getaway !

The property managers were readily available. The worker who came to fix something was very kind. Very clean and comfortable. There is not much sun on the pool if you are looking to swim most days, but the pool is beautiful and clean. We did use any beach supplies,but there are plenty.

Home was clean and beautiful. Had a beautiful pool and close to the beach and all amenities. Property managers were diligent with any concerns. We would love to go back.

Not only was it clean and tidy, it smelt fresh and welcoming.Five star accommodation, everything we expected from a holiday vacation and more. The fact that everything was new, it was well stocked and all equipment clean - fridges etc. and ready to use. Spacious and luxurious, a real home from home.

The house at 1550 Galleon Avenue is an excellent property with all you need for enjoyable vacations. The house is very clean, quiet, located in a nice spot with a screened pool. Next vacation on Marco Island I would book again via Marco Island Properties.
