Welcome to your own private getaway right in the heart of the Island. This 1,100 square foot house sleeps four, with one king bed, one full bed and two bathrooms. It also comes with a one-car garage.

When you step inside, images of tropical paradise surround you. Sunlight brightens the coral-hued tile floor. Cozy furnishings and an Island-style décor blend together to create an easygoing coastal feel. A sectional sofa as comfortable as it is stylish looks out on the lush green garden.

The kitchen features dark wood cabinets and granite countertops, and it comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the table beneath a palm-bladed ceiling fan.

In the master bedroom, windows on either side of the bed will cool you with fragrant hibiscus-scented breezes as you enjoy a show on the big screen television. In the second bedroom, the wooden ship’s steering wheel on the wall will fill the kids’ dreams with white sand beaches and warm turquoise waters. Both bedrooms offer ample closet and drawer space.

Now it’s time to step out onto the lanai and see what makes this house so unique. It’s encircled by palm trees and it overlooks a golf course. The only sounds that disturb the silence are the kids splashing in the heated pool, burgers sizzling on the gas grill and the occasional “fore”. The family-sized table beneath overhead fans is the ideal setting for a poolside barbeque. A pass through window makes it easy to hand out ice cold drinks and condiments from the kitchen. You can even enjoy a show on the wall-mounted television.

The house gives you comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable and a washer and dryer. You also have bicycles to tour the island, along with beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella which will come in handy since you’re just a short drive from Marco Island’s crescent shaped beach, with its warm sand, fabulous sunsets, and endless activities.

Take a parasailing cruise and see the sparkling ocean the way the birds see it. Charter a fishing boat or go on a shelling cruise. Take a Jet Ski tour of the Everglades. If total relaxation is more your style, lay back and watch the dolphins frolicking in the surf.
