house is a great location and great space for 2 couples. some updating/restoration could be done on bedroom screens so windows can be open. but all in all a great location and pool area lovely!

A nice house, but needs some TLC. The main bath and the kitchen had an ant problem, never ended. The bathtubs in both baths needed cleaning. Some privacy fencing at the ends of the pool would be a nice addition. A person identifying herself as the sister of the owner knocked on the door on Friday and indicated the owner didn't know the house was occupied.

The house was nice. In a nice, mostly quite street - neighbors on corner had a loud party one night. House had pretty much everything you’d need for a family. The company was great to deal with -very responsive & helpful. Some minor issues- the refrigerator door was missing its handle & door would always pop open, the floors were not cleaned/swept when we checked in (sand & trash on floors), trash can/bin outside was overflowing when we checked in, one of the beds sheets didn’t appear to have been changed (all kinds of hair in the sheets), and the pool heater was not working. I would seriously check with housekeeping. Overall we had a great family vacation & loved dealing with your company.

Enjoyable house with nice pool. We enjoyed are stay. The house was comfortable and very casual, which fit our needs.

We had a 28 day stay at the property. We were satisfied. The property was clean. Andrew form the Marco Rental agency, gets a high rating. He got cable connected and our pool heated, which hadn’t been done ahead. We had family visit during our stay and the layout of the house worked well. Small things that the rental needs to update need to be addressed. The stove is old, with tin foil on the burners etc., Patio furniture is uncomfortable. Living room furniture is not the furniture in the listing. Simple kitchen needs, a can opener, cookie sheet, 9 by 13 cake pan,tongs would be good. With Covid we ate in and the grill did not perform. Serious flame ups. We will return and rent from Marco Rentals. We use VRBO and they are at the top of our list now.

House was clean.Garbage disposal leaked ,it was replaced. Bathroom light burned out. Clothes dryer had black spots in it Took an hour to clean it so we could use it.Grill was too dirty to use. Someone came to clean it,but one burner did mot work. Swimming pool was too cold to use.House was clean,in a nice neighborhood.

House was nice and clean , it needs updated pool was cold, air conditioning didnt work for 3 days, , they sent out a repairman , but the owner wouldnt let him add freon, until next day when we threatened to leave it was 80 in the house and very uncomfortable for sleeping, The rental company was very accommodating and they tried to get everything fixed I would definitely rent from them again. But not this house

Overall the property was very nice. all the comforts of home were supplied. living room furniture was a bit worn and lightbulbs needed to be replaced but lots of extras, like bikes, water toys, beach chairs & kayak. We enjoyed our vaction but beach was to inconvient to return to Marco Island. Marco Is Vaca Properiies were very helpful and would use them again

We enjoyed our stay at Bayport. The home was very clean. The management company was very responsive to the few issues the house had. I would definitely rent another home from Marco Island Vacation Properties again!

Great house with lots of room

Home was well equipped with everything needed to move in and enjoy. Location is central to shopping. Clean and quiet. Will be staying an additional 30 days.

The stay at Bayport Avenue was very nice. The check in was good organized and the house is very beauty. Nearby there are supermarkets and the beach.

We shared this home with another family over Spring Break and it perfectly met our needs. It was a short drive to the beach and the kids loved the pool. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay at this rental again!

We were 4 adults looking for comfortable living for a week without the constraints of hotel rooms. The rental gave us an experience of being minutes from all kinds of activities while enjoying the comforts of home. The rental had all the amenities we expected, and was set in a residentialial setting that made for enjoyable morning walks. We will be back again.

Wonderful! The home was beautiful...very clean, nice furnishings, well maintained, had everything we needed to make our stay feel as though we were home, etc. First time we've stayed in a home as opposed to condo and really enjoyed the experience.
