The home we stayed in on Marco Island was older, but in good shape. Mostly clean, however, cleaning crew should dust and definitely clean out the whole house fan duct, which was extremely dusty.

Pool was beautiful, recently remodeled. House was perfect for our family of 6. Had everything we needed for our stay, and would love to come back in the future.

This home is older and is in need of much TLC. Upon arrival, we didn’t have heat and the hot tub wasn’t working properly. We did call the on call service the next day, dealt with Michael who was wonderful. However, I emailed the property manager on Sunday to make sure he was aware of our issues. We had several email exchanges and the property manager was very condescending, which was highly unappreciated. The kitchen is poorly stocked, the home is very dark, the walls need painted, the side of the refrigerator was dirty, as was the oven and the shower curtains. The linens were plentiful but very poor quality. The pool was the only saving grace of this home.

This property has been very neglected over the years. For starters I don’t believe the electric was up to code. The house was very dimly lit and when on the lights would flicker on and off. One light switch made a crunching sound when put on. The refrigerator is broken. There was a handwritten note on the fridge to let us know that the freezer leaked into the first shelf of the fridge and to leave and empty the two bowls on the shelf. Really? There was an ant infestation. One night there were hundreds of ants covering the two sinks and the entire counter. The kitchen was lacking scissors and a frying pan. We bought a sharpener to sharpen the dull knives. It cost $42.00 to UPS the house purchases back to NY. The hot tub on the lanai was an eyesore. It was the first thing I saw in the morning from my bed when I woke up. I think you should expect a rental to be close to your home. Not worse.

We rented the house as a couples getaway. The amenities was great, pool, hot tub, etc. It is in the heart of town, and close to the beaches. We enjoyed the place tremendously and recommend it for families and couples. The management company also had a great app that gave you information about your stay, such as garbage pickup, pool cleaning etc.

We had a nice stay in Marco visiting our friends on the island. The management company was very accommodating and quick to respond to any issue or request. The house was older but nicely maintained. We had a lovely month there and plan to rent through them again.

We love Marco Island for a quiet beach getaway. The house we stayed in on Spanish Court was wonderful. It was perfect for 6 people. It needs a little bit of updating but overall it met our needs. The pool area was very inviting. They also had plenty of beach amenities for our trips to the beach. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach. Marco Island Vacation Properties was a delight to work with. They relayed all info through an app which was easy to use. I would definitely use Marco Island Vacation Properties again.

We have a lovely holiday here . Home has everything you could possible want . Hot tub was great. Family enjoyed the pool . Large dock for sunbathing and fishing .

The house was clean and a perfect set up for our family to enjoy both the sunny and the rainy days. Private pool and hot tub were the best! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals there, and everyone had space to relax. Beaches close by, and bikes in the garage. I hope we can come again!

This was our first time staying in Marco Island and we had a great time. The house was lovely. We can’t wait to come back to Marco Island. The only thing we would want differently on our next rental would be one that allowed us to use the boat lift but I understand why most rentals wouldn’t want just anyone using it.
Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

We loved the property we rented, it was perfect for what we were looking for. On a quiet street, a well maintained property and a great backyard with a lovely pool and places to eat a suntan. Marco island Vacation Rentals was also super responsive and helpful when any issues came up which we appreciated.
