This is a lovely house in a great location with all the amenities one would need. Lots of sporting equipment, great outdoor furnishings, and a well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is very nice with a dock and a view of the sun rising. The beds were very comfortable. House was immaculate when we arrived.

Our only disappointment was the seating in the living room and bedrooms. The sectional in the living room is very low and uncomfortable. We used dining room chairs to watch TV. None of the occasional chairs in bedrooms were comfortable for sitting and reading. If these things are unimportant to you, this house is a great choice.

Owners and property managers were so responsive, they exceeded our expectations. What we loved most was the beautiful water view from every room in the house. Lots of nice details like battery operated candles, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, large beach towels. Our whole family wants to come back.

I've rented several houses on Marco Island and Ruby Court is my favorite. Fabulous location - beautiful interior and outdoor living at its best.

Our favorite family vacations and we will definitely be back several times!! The house was gorgeous and had everything you could ask for. We had plenty of space to be together or to be by ourselves, and not feel crowded. The house was perfectly located with a short ride to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. We rented a golf cart for the week and had a great time exploring Marco Island!

We have rented several homes in Marco Island and the Ruby Court property is our favorite. Spacious 2500 sq ft. interior and equally generous Southern-facing deck that offered sunrise and sunset viewing. Owners have thought of everything including bicycles, kayaks, and what a family would need for a day on the beach. Location within walking distance of South Beach. Kitchen has everything!

Great location, great view down the canal and one of the most well stocked houses we have ever stayed in. The view from the back patio area was great and the heated pool and hot tub were perfect. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bikes, beach chairs and cooler were just what we needed. The only thing that the house needs is a little paint touched up and the comforters need replaced on the beds. Other than that, this house was perfect. We would highly recommend it.

The home was gorgeous! It looked just like the pictures. It was like staying in our own private resort. The home is well stocked with kitchenware, linens, etc. It’s situated in a beautiful safe neighborhood. The view from the pool area was breathtaking. Small little issues such as the ice maker on the fridge not working properly and the construction of a new home across the street were minor inconveniences. This was our first time renting a private home but it was perfect for us and we would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Great place very happy except Beach access need to drive to public beach not walkable as indicated. Otherwise, enjoyed everything else!

The house was beautiful. Full windows throughout the living and dining room made it fun to watch the sunrise every morning and also we could see the water from throughout. We saw a few dolphins and some went kayaking with kayaks at the house. Clean and plenty of space. Loved it and would rent here again.

Loved this house! Great location, close enough to walk to beach. House is equipped with everything to a accommodate a large group or family including 11 bikes, kayaks, fishing poles. We took advantage of the dock also . Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back

The home was very nice! Great layout with large central living space and wide open views with living room opening right out onto patio. Three of the 4 bedrooms had access right to exterior of the property. Clean, light and airy feeling throughout with large rooms and high ceilings.

This house was great for 3 couples. We loved morning coffee on the dock, dining outdoors on the patio, swimming and hot tub. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. We had a few maintenance issues that were corrected immediately once we contacted Marco Properties. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful property. Had a issue with very tiny ants. But everything else was amazing.

The experience was very good. We had a wonderful week with the family. The house is very well designed and has everything you need. The only thing we recommend is better maintenance for the pool, water was very dark and very low in Clorox. We have a pool in our house that why we can tell the difference. Besides this not other complaint, we definitely will comeback next year again to spent another week at this house.

Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was very spacious and perfect for our kiddos! The pool was the highlight of our stay and the bike ride to the beach was not far at all! We were two families of 4 and had the most amazing vacation ever. This house is amazing - plenty of room to cook, relax, and have fun. There were enough bikes for all 8 of us to bike to the beach, beach chairs, 3 kayaks, and a ping pong table. With two master suites, both sets of parents were very comfortable. The back of the house opens up to a beautiful pool and hot tub, plus there is a dock to sit out on and enjoy the sun. Can't wait to come back!

Just spent a wonderful week in Marco Island. This home fit all our needs and more. Good location, well equiped kitchen...we prepared most of our meals...plenty of space for our family of 6. Spent alot of time in the hot tub...used kayaks...3 availble...several bikes. There's a cabinet of games, table tennis, floats, beach chairs, sand toys. Probably am forgetting to add some of the available stuff. We rented a boat one day and were able to load it at the dock in the back. Property is about a mile from the public beach access at the Marriott. Had one issue and it was handled promptly by Marco Island Manangement Co. Everything was top notch...this one is good to keep on your list for return visits.

My family and I had an awesome vacation with another great rental from MIVP.
This was one of the most well equipped and comfortable house I have ever rented to date. The MIVP staff was great. They are always available for any questions.

Was a good house for 2 families to share. Well equipped for beach and outdoor things with most everything you could want in the garage.
Really enjoyed the dock, we caught a cat fish and saw a dolphin on a couple of occasions.

Didn't use the residence beach as wasn't aware you needed a permit so had no time to get one, not much in the way of walkable places but as in most resorts everything only a short drive.

Had a couple of issues with breakages but management company really good.

It was close to everything but you don't really need to leave when you have a beautiful pool and large dock in the back for swimming and fishing. My husband and I, our son and his wife, and our sister and brother-in-law enjoyed this lovely home for a week in January. Everything was perfect-location, setting, the home itself which was large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, with every kitchen supply one could want-beautiful outdoor space. We would highly recommend it to friends or relatives. Andrew Vale provided excellent customer service-he was very responsive to any question or request we had. The home had eleven bikes in excellent condition! We biked to the beach, my husband roller-bladed, enjoyed the many excellent restaurants, rented a boat for the day to cruise the inland waterways, etc. We will be returning to Marco Island next year. This was our first time there.

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at 951 Ruby Court. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on Marco Island and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the service provided by the owner as well as the property management company. We would highly recommend this property to friends or relatives.

This home is EXCEPTIONALLY clean and beautiful! We were very impressed! Perfect getaway for our girls only party of 5 ladies with 2 babies. The pool is amazing! Loved how the hot tub heats up quickly. Beautiful views on the canal! Ideally, it could have been closer to beach especially with little ones...Public Parking/access not too far away. We were in awe at how nice the bikes were and all the beach accessories. Very quiet neighborhood...felt totally on our own! No need to contact property management. Highly recommend staying in this beautiful home! We would come back in a heartbeat!!

We have stayed in many villas but this has to be the best so far. The villa was not only large but nicely laid out and had every thing we needed.The location was perfect as the house sits in a nice quiet area close to the beach , restaurants and shops. The pool was perfect and we much preferred the fact that it was not covered by the usual Lani. We had no problems with bugs or any other wild life sharing the pool with us! It was lovely to sit by the pool or on the dock watching out for dolphins ( we saw 2) and passing birds and boats. We made use of the kayaks and cycled to the beach most mornings, We were lucky enough to enjoy the 4th of July celebrations and fire works on Residents Beach. The hardest part was having to leave Ruby Court. A 5* villa and holiday. Hopefully we will be back again soon.

Beautiful property in great location- especially for cycling to the beach! The property was very well equipped...great rooms and lovely pool and hot tub. Customer service was excellent - very helpful and fast acting. Would thoroughly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation in a most beautiful setting.

Had a fabulous week stay at Ruby Court home. The weather was beautiful and hot all week. We enjoyed lazing on the lanai sunbeds and chilling in the pool. Feeding the mass of catfish at night over the green underwater lights by the boat Dock. We also went on a dolphin watch boat tour with Florida Adventures and Rentals, superb.

The house was gordeous! Wonderful view, so much space and so close to everything! The owner and the entire rental experience was so great! We are already planning a trip back down!

This gorgeous modern home is all you need for a relaxing, family vacation! Wonderful views from the home, lanai, dock, pool, hot tub! Has all the amenities for your stay - indoor/outdoor dishes (we don't like to cook on vaca but here we really enjoyed preparing meals and taking in the views for each meal!), Sonos sound system, DVD player, books, games, chairs, bikes, kayaks, towels, fishing poles! Rain or shine, you will have great memories! Comfortable and quiet neighborhood about a mile from the public access beach (we easily walked and biked to the public access walkway a little further down from the Residents Beach). If you prefer to drive, Tigertail was great, too ... just park all the way to the end for a shorter walk to the beach area. Close to everything - shopping, groceries, ice cream shops, restaurants, breakfast, marinas, etc. Can't say enough about this gem ... was truly hard to leave!! Have your coffee on the dock in the morning and you may even see some friendly marine neighbors stop by!:) This was truly our best vacation ever!

Six girlfriends spending a vacation together was a great time at a great house. Despite the 5 days of rain, we laughed alot, played games, shopped, saw movies and enjoyed dinner out each night.

We had a wonderful vacation on Marco and really enjoyed the experience. Everything was as pictured, very pretty rental. We loved the pool and the dock. I wondered if not having a screened-in lanai would be an issue, but it really wasnt. There is no shade and it is very bright in the mornings out on the lanai but we didnt have any issues with bugs. We did have a crow or raven that had an attachment to our hot tub though! Be aware though that the fourth bedroom is directly off the main living area next to the front door. It is very small, with no closet and very bright. It appears as though it was originally designed to be the dining room or maybe an office, not a bedroom. Checking in/out was very easy. Marco is an easy island to navigate with several good places to eat. We loved Snooks and the Speakeasy. The guys took a fishing cruise and we took our catch to Snooks to have it prepareddelicious. We had our welcome dinner at the Speakeasy and received wonderful service from Cindy and the staff with excellent food. The wedding was held at the Yacht Club and the venue was gorgeous! The island felt very safe and we even allowed our teenage daughter use of a car to explore the island or drive to the beach. I loved having our own private pool, but if easy beach access is what you want then you will need to stay in one of the beach resorts. I highly recommend both this rental and Marco as a vacation destination.

We had such a lovely time staying in this beautiful villa. Villa is extremely comfortable and modern and they have thought of everything to make your stay perfect! The beds are the comfiest we've ever slept in and we have travelled all over in top hotels.

We had a wonderful vacation on Marco Island. It was our first time to the island after spending many vacations on the east coast. The house was everything we thought it would be. It was very clean and was ready when we got there. The house, the pool, the deck, were all so awesome. The house came with 8 bikes, 8 very nice beach chairs, beach umbrellas, 2 kayaks, beach toys, pool rafts, just everything you would need. It was so nice to have these all supplied and not have to bring them down or rent them when we got it here. Everything was first class and I would highly recommend this home to anyone. We would definitely go back again sometime. Thank you so much.

Seamless Late Key pick (12.30am) easy to find, everything you will ever need supplied and easy AP contact from Andrew throughout our stay to ensure a smooth departure. We just loved it.....everything was superb. We were unlucky with the weather due to a storm so we didn't use the outside as much as I would have liked. It was modern and very,very peaceful!! I don't think anyone would be disappointed to stay here.

On arriving at the office we were greeted warmly and given keys for the villa. This villa was stunning. It was spotlessly clean and every room surpassed our expectations. We loved the dock and spent many hours there in the breeze. The villa owners have thought of everything for their guests: bikes, beach chairs, kayaks, sun shades, ice coolers, hair dryers and a fully stocked kitchen with great utensils and dishes. We even had binoculars to enhance our view. There were 4 adults staying in the villa and we had loads of room to relax in the lounge and outdoors. We had an issue with one of the sink drains and the plumber was sent that morning. Excellent service. We would highly recommend this villa as we loved every minute there and would return in a heartbeat. We ate at all the recommended restaurants and loved them all and A cars were fantastic with very courteous drivers. We used the bikes and we hired a boat and having the dock was great. Thank you very much for everything.

What a great Marco Island vacation. This house was beautiful and exactly like it was on the web site. There were 5 adults and one child in our party and everyone was comfortable. My nephew, who is 6, was in the pool just about every minute. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple of days and having it waiting for us at the dock every day was perfect. This house had every amenitie we needed. The bikes were very handy and in great condition. I didn't want to leave!

Wow beautiful home...had a great time. One suggestion - the hot tub did not heat up to the 101-102 degrees. We asked the pool service man and he stated it was heating...which it was but not to the desired temperature.

Our stay was fantastic from beginning to end. The house was gorgeous and even better than expected from the pictures. Staying on the canal was perfect, we loved taking out the kayaks and riding bikes all over the island. Beach access is at least a mile away but this wasn't a problem for us at all. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for fun and comfort. Our only problem was we couldn't get the hot tub hot enough after the first night but this might have been user error. They sent someone out to check after we called.

It really met and exceeded all of our expectations and we would stay there again. Marco Island was a fun getaway and we had great food as well. Joey's Pizza and Pasta, Marek's, CJ's on the Bay, Mango's brunch and Doreen's Cup of Joe were all fantastic!

This was our first trip to Marco Island. The home was absolutely beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better location. The property description was accurate, the home was clean and well-maintained. The property management company was very professional. The reservation process and check in/out process was very easy. The property management staff was very friendly and helpful providing recommendations for restaurants and attractions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Marco Island. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Our stay at 951 Ruby Court was a delight. It is a lovely property in a really nice location. It was spotlessly clean and as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The bathrooms could perhaps do with updating but in all other respects the property was absolutely ideal for our requirements. We loved the pool, the hot tub, watching the dolphins and just sitting and relaxing on the dock.

In fact, there is more to the property than we expected since, for example, the garage has just about everything you could possibly need to have fun in and around the area, such as beach furniture, bikes (with safety helmets), fishing equipment etc. There were also some kayaks which were for hire at an additional cost, which seemed rather strange, but that wasn't a problem since we didn't use them in any event.

We did have a couple of small maintenance issues but these were dealt with promptly and with no fuss by the agent, who was very friendly, professional and helpful.

There is a lot to do in the area, whether you like long beach walks, lovely restaurants, cycling, fishing, wildlife or whatever. Our personal favourites were the beach walks, where you can watch the pelicans and other birds dive for fish literally feet from you, and the cycling around the island on the quiet streets and safe cycle paths. The property is also ideally located between the Everglades to the South and upmarket Naples to the North, so whatever your interests they aren't too far away.

This truly is a Marco Island haven.

My family and I rented the house from 7/4-7/11. The house was beautiful just like the pictures on . The pool was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. We went to some of the local beaches to watch the sunset, South Marco Beach and Naples Beach. There is a Walmart about 7 miles away for you to stock up. We will definitely recommend this house to others and look forward to staying there again.

The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was centrally located and easy access to all main roads. All appliances, TVs, etc. were in good working order and the home was nicely furnishedans clean. Will probably continue to use this home for our annual golf getaway.

Huge space for comfortable living,very clean with just about everything you could wish for all there.Great outside area with amazing views along the waterways,we even saw Dolphins every day of our stay which was an experience in it's self.
We would recommend this villa highly,lots of things to explore not too far away,with a beautiful beach right on the doorstep,bikes to use as well.

We had a great stay, the villa is perfect, so much so we found it hard to drag ourselves out to see the island! We even saw Dolphins playing in the waterway just off the deck. Andrew at Marco Island rentals was agreat help too, answering any questions in quick time.
The Island is lovely and after a week in Orlando it was agreat place to unwind and relax.

Perfect experience! We loved the home and the island! Can't wait to return! The home was clean and very comfortable and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were used daily. The kayaks were also a nice surprise that we enjoyed. We spent the week of Christmas at the home and were able to cook a memorable Christmas feast in the wonderful kitchen! We found lots of things to do within a short distance from the home. No complaints...this was a 5 star experience.
