It’s a masterwork, a collaboration between majestic scenery and uncompromising luxury. The condo sleeps six, with a king bed, a queen, two twins and three bathrooms.

When you step onto the balcony, the turquoise ocean extends as far as you can see. The design pays homage to the ocean, with a floor of coral-hued marble and a wall-sized salt water reef aquarium in the lobby. And the ocean, in its own way, pays homage to the Belize, by offering up the sight of dolphins playing in the surf, pelicans diving for food and miles of silken, white sand.

The bar has been set high by the ocean view, your expectations raised. And when you come inside you’ll realize the interior lives up to it, with exquisite furnishings and countless luxurious touches like the gold china display case. The fully appointed kitchen. The cherry wood four post canopy bed and two walk-in closets in the master suite. The bathtub, walk-in shower and a separate toilet/bidet area in the ensuite bathroom.

In the living room, floor-to-ceiling windows let you gaze out at the ocean while you recline on the sofa, cooled by air conditioning and ceiling fans. When you take a brief respite from your ocean viewing, you can watch cable on the big screen television or use the free wi-fi to post updates of your trip.

The collaboration continues on the pool deck, where a domed cabana furnished with gas grills sits beside the vanishing edge pool. On the raised pool deck, a small island of lush tropical foliage separates the pool from the hot tub, which looks out over the breaking surf.

Marco Island is the largest of Florida’s ten thousand islands, and the Belize seems like it’s filled with ten thousand amenities. You’ll find a billiards room, library, theatre, social room, state-of-the-art fitness center with massage room, lighted tennis courts and, just steps away, the most luxurious amenity of all, miles of pristine beach.

This condo is a masterpiece of beauty and luxury. And the only way to truly appreciate it is by staying here.

I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. The kitchen floor still had grease spots on the floor and some of the dishes had to be rewashed. The linae should have been swept-lots of leaves etc.The overall maintenance needed attention. There were no lightbulbs in light in foyer, burned out bulbs throughout, ceiling fan over kitchen table didn't work, guest room tv didn't work initially. Plus I felt that the office wasn't attentive to my concerns until I had to be insistent. There was no sheet listing phone numbers of front office, gate house, internet password, or emergency contact numbers which would have been helpful. The young man that finally came did a great job taking care of everything but disapointed in ownership

Very nice building with nice people.,
Condo needs new sheets., pillows.,
Dishes and silverware were not nice., more for a cabin.,
Condo smelled like dog., we vacuumed a lot.,
Room with plastic on the furniture was not useable., kept the door shut.,
Very pricey for what you got.,

First day - condo above redoing bathroom jack hammering tile floor up noise unbearable
Drains have a moisture monitor on them to turn the water off in case of a leak
Shut water off twice with no leak
Elevator out of order for two days
Toilet tissue holder fell off the wall the first day
Ice machine out of order for three days
Televisions terrible
Light bulbs in closets missing
Dishwasher RUSTY and needs racks replaced
Cook ware very sparse and in poor condition had to buy new fry pan due to the one in the condos Teflon was peeling
Linens should be replaced
And to top every thing off they decided to paint the garage with out notifying us
Could not leave with our car rental for two days oh I forgot the last 2 days the locks were changed from key to a fob had to ring front desk to enter the building
Understanding the owners had the new keys

A wonderful way to escape the cold British spring.

My wife and myself have been visiting Marco Island for many years and look forward to our escape from cold Scottish winters. We love staying at Cape Marco - the standard of the apartments are superior to any we have ever stayed in and are the perfect location if you love sun, sea and sand.
We also appreciate the choice of golf courses available to visitors.
Look forward as always to our next visit.

My wife and myself love Marco Island and have been coming now for around ten years. Very happy with our letting agent Remax who deal with any little problems which may arise. We have rented the same apartment at Belize on several occassions and love it. On this occassion the apartment was on the market for sale and I think perhaps the owners had removed some essential gadgets from the kitchen which we soon overcame. We had a great vacation and all being well we hope to return for a few months in the spring.
