Savor one of the Island’s most amazing ocean views from the balcony of this 19th floor beachfront penthouse. It’s 1,100 square feet, and it sleeps six, with one king bed, two twins, a sleeper sofa and two bathrooms.
The balcony extends the length of the unit, with a table and chairs at one end and sun loungers on the other. The view is nothing short of dream-like. Sit back and take in a panorama of turquoise sea and blue sky. A crescent of silken white sand borders the sparkling lagoon ringed by mangroves. When you shift your gaze from the ocean, you’ll see a deluxe heated pool in the midst of a cluster of palms. Pretty soon you’ll be swimming in that pool and relaxing on palm-shaded sun loungers.
The setting inside creates an equally tranquil feeling. The coral-hued tile is bathed with natural light through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door. The ocean view is the constant backdrop as you entertain guests in the comfort of the living room or prepare a meal in the kitchen filled with modern appliances and cookware.
The bedrooms contain all the comforts of the tropics, with a bamboo bed frame, colorful fabrics, and a wicker dresser. Both bedrooms give you ample closet and drawer space and sliding door access to the balcony so you can fall asleep to massaging ocean trade winds and the sound of waves softly breaking on the shore.
This unit provides everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, free wi-fi, cable, linens and towels. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for that short walk to the silken white sands and unending activities of the Paradise Coast.

Nice condo on the beach. Fully furnished. It could use some updates in the bathrooms and some new sheets (ours had a large hole in it), but otherwise Is very clean and great for our family of 5.

Rental experience was without incident. The residence is in need of some help!
Bed linens are shoddy.
Kitchen appliances are in need of replacement
Kitchen amenities (dishes/pots/pans) are in need of a review and replacement.
I'd recommend this property to a friend with changes suggested above. The location/ security/ and general facilities of the larger property are 5-star. This unit needs attention from its owner.

We had a wonderful week with our family. Absolutely will come again! The only negative was a multitude of keys we had to carry around. Four keys and a code to memorize just to be able to access building/beach/pool/etc. - that's crazy!

Carpets were very dirty throughout the condo. I would not recommend this place unless a more thorough cleaning was done.

A lovely property with a great balcony and crazy views. We enjoyed many sunsets on the balcony and on the beach. The beach was fabulous although quite a walk to get there. The unit was very clean and we found everyone we dealt with very helpful. Any issues we had were pretty much dealt with quickly. The south Seas Towers are nicely located and it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go.

Very first impression...wonderful. Walking in, smelled great. Clean, not oder cove up smell. Beautiful views. Well appointed. Had most everything g needed for cooking. Beds were clean and comfortable. My daughter and I had a wonderful Sergio Mother/daughter vaca. Made many memories. Will def be back to 1908!

Enjoyed our stay at the South Seas Tower 3-1908. Unit was clean and stocked with all essentials needed. We only used the master bedroom and that bed was so comfortable I would have loved to bring it home with me. Needless to say the view from the top floor was beautiful. The pool and grounds were also very nice and clean. The location was great but be prepared for the long walk to the beach. We didn't mind but for anyone with mobility issues it could be too much. There was a beach cart available to haul your belongings. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also in the unit to use.

The condo is on the top floor and has amazing views. The owners have updated the kitchen beautifully and have stocked it with everything you need! The living room has new, comfortable furniture and a curved high def television that creates television envy! The bathrooms have not been updated but are functional. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds but it would have been nice to have a television in the second bedroom.
The downfall with this rental has nothing to do with the condo itself or the owners. It is the condo association. When we checked into the office in the Tower 3 building we were provided with a book of rules (an actual book!) and advised we were "expected to follow all of them". The rules at the pool are extensive and are enforced to the letter. There is a person who has been hired to walk around the pool all day and all evening implementing the rules to the point of making it rather uncomfortable and inconvenient to be at the pool. You may not have any type of food - even though tables and chairs are around the pool - and you may not drink any beverage - including water - near the pool. Violations of the rules result in your items being removed and placed in trash cans. Owners have every right to place rules on renters but all the rules make it feel a little hostile toward renters.

We spent a week of perfect weather here in this condo on the 19th floor.This is place we would return to. The bathrooms need updating and the fans and air conditioning are a bit noisy but the view makes up for it.
Also I would recommend streamlining the the registration//checking in process so that the renter has to visit only one location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The view is fabulous. The apt is well kept well stocked and nicely updated. The balcony is very large with plenty of seating. Having the northwest view means the balcony is in the shade nearly all day. However the up side is, the views of the sunset are beautiful in the evenings. The management office is friendly and prompt when a concern arrives, even on a Sunday! We will definitely plan another vacation to this condo.
